Behind the Scenes with KILLER

Production always starts with people and relationships.

Some jobs move fast. Some unfold over time. What remains the same is our culture and how we operate.

Samsung’s Mother’s Day campaign was one of those tight-turnaround global briefs. Stills and motion captured side by side, multiple key visuals and TVCs, crews working simultaneously across sets to hit both budget and delivery. Pre-production ran across time zones before we even landed in LA.It was efficient and focused, but still warm. Mother’s Day is an emotional brief. It needs care in front of the camera, but also behind it. Kids on set. Families. Long days. The tone matters.

We keep things calm. Clear schedules. Clear communication. No unnecessary noise. That’s how you protect performance and energy when the pace is high.

At the other end of the spectrum was The Macallan collaboration with Mary and Stella McCartney. An 18-month partnership spanning product development, creative direction, stills and motion production, and launch. London and the Scottish Highlands. Different locations. Different rhythm.Working alongside Stella McCartney means sustainability isn’t optional. It’s embedded. That suits us. It’s how we operate anyway. Green memos on every shoot. No single-use plastics. Considered sourcing. Practical decisions that reduce impact without slowing the job down.

Both projects were very different in scale and tempo. One fast and tightly scheduled. One long-term and layered. What connects them is the culture behind the scenes.

Positive energy, without chaos.

Experienced crews who know their craft.

People paid properly and promptly.
