Who we are

This website is operated by KILLER ART + PRODUCTION LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13565095). If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, contact us at london@killerartproduction.com.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit killerartproduction.com, how it is used, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this website only.

Information we collect

  • Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. This is entirely voluntary.
  • Correspondence. If you email us using the addresses on our contact page, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send us.
  • Site statistics. We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location by country or city, device type, and where visitors arrive from) in aggregate form. These statistics do not identify you personally and are not used to track you across other websites.
  • Technical data for video playback. Our showreel and project videos are delivered by a specialist video platform, which processes technical information (such as your IP address and connection quality) strictly to stream video to your device reliably.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for security and reliability purposes.

How we use it

  • To send you our newsletter, only if you asked for it (legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email).
  • To reply when you contact us (legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
  • To operate, secure and improve the website (legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a reliable, safe website).

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Service providers we rely on

The website is built and delivered using a small number of specialist providers, each of which processes limited data on our behalf: Mailchimp (newsletter delivery), Mux (video streaming), Vercel (website hosting), Sanity (content management) and Google (site statistics via Google Analytics). Some of these providers are based in the United States; where information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK Government's data bridge arrangements or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner. Google Analytics places a small cookie in your browser so that returning visitors are not counted twice; the statistics it produces are aggregate and are not used to identify you or to follow you to other websites. Beyond that, any cookies or similar technology used are strictly necessary for the site and its video player to function. If you prefer, you can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings and the site will continue to work normally.

How long we keep information

Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for reasonable business record-keeping. Aggregate site statistics contain no personal information and are kept indefinitely.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for using it. To exercise any of these rights, email london@killerartproduction.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.

Changes to this policy

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
